I will accept the $199.36 part refund, please mail it to my address. On 5/9/16, I got my car serviced at Shirley Shell because my car was running too lean which made me fail an emissions test. After receiving the car, I still had the same fault code. I still have no idea what I paid for. I did not pay to pass an emissions test, that would unethical on the mechanic, I paid to fix my car's issue of running too lean. Please show me the invoice where it says I paid to pass emissions test, you can't.
Regards,
