I am in receipt of your letter dated February 22, 2018. Accordingly I have reviewed the consumer’s response. The consumer is correct, she did not provide our company with documented proof of employment or income. My position in this matter remains unchanged

In response to your letter dated February 8, whereby the consumer has requested for a refund of all monies paid and relief of responsibility under the contract for the purchase of a new vehicle. I have personally looked at the customer’s file The application submitted to the lender
does not indicate an income of $3,per week. The application was signed by this individual on the date of purchase, February 18, 2015. Furthermore, one of the approval stipulations required by the lender prior funding this contract, is a completed customer interview which includes the verification of both employment and income. It is also important to point out that the consumer has performed under the contract for three years. Lastly, we are not responsible for an individual’s change in employment, income or indebtedness and certainly not after three years. I appreciate the customers patronage and I am sorry that our customer is unhappy with the terms and conditions of the contract, but I have decided to respectfully decline this request. I never furnished proof of working as a manager which according to them I would have needed to prove income for prior to purchase
