Tell us why here...We are sorry you are experiencing issues with your Bruno Elite Stairlift.  We have been in contact with your dealer and have verified that they did perform repairs and your lift was working properly upon their visit 8/8/2017.  We are more than happy to work with you and...

the dealer to insure you are satisfied with your Bruno Stairlift.  If you are still having issues, please contact your dealer.  I will monitor this case and insure any parts or assistance are available for a swift resolution.

In our phone conversation we came to an agreement to insure the problems were addressed to the customers satisfaction.  We have been in contact with the dealer and I am waiting for confirmation of successful resolution.  Please feel free to contact me with any concerns or questions.  Thank you.

August 17, 2016  [redacted] Subject: SRE Stairlift unit (serial number 08010300953) Dear Mr. [redacted], After reviewing your letter concerning your mothers Stairlift charger refund, we have noticed this part was replaced in December of 2014. Like most companies we have a 90 day service part warranty. arbitrate this refund claim without the assistance of federal and state agencies,
or civil litigation in small claims court.   I and
most Americans believe that businesses profiting from disabled customers should
have a higher level of respect and empathy for others.  And it’s shameful for Bruno Independent
Living Aids to not care about satisfying their customers, especially over a $348
refund that we are due.

Mr. [redacted]:
 
We have reviewed your request and after our engineering
department and dealer looked at the pictures it was determined this would not
be covered by warranty. Warranty would not cover indirect, incidental or
consequential damages. There was some external force that bent this hitch that
could not have been controlled by Bruno or our dealer.
 
I have attached the warranty policy and pictures of the
damaged hitch adaptor.
