Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/07/16) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] J***, manager Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @aol.com The crew that went out to [redacted] house reset the pitless adapter on the wellTold [redacted] that when they replaced their own pump, they may have damaged the pitless and if it snaps out again, then the well will need dug up and pitless replaced [redacted] argued with the girls in the office over the phone and said that all the guy did was beat the well with a stick, when in fact the crew used a piece of drop pipe to reset the pitless [redacted] was very very rude the from the beginning Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/07/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was not rude from the beginningAs I took a Saturday appointment because the office girls said she had so many "no water" calls In their response they stated "may have damage"! Again I am simply stating and asking that how do the service repair men know if it is or is not damaged if the service repair men had not visually looked at the pitless adaptor and inspected the pieceThey are assumingAt the time of the appointment- the service repair men said I should take the pitless out and reseal itTo my knowledge that is why I called them outIt is their job to inspect, repair, and reseal if need beAnd then diagnoseNot assume it's badAt this point the pitless adaptor might need to be just resealed and there is nothing wrong with the pitless adaptorBecause no one at their company did a visual on this pitless adaptor Also during service callThe repair men simply said if this needs to be replaced it would be [redacted] and never stated my yard would have to be dug up and that the adaptor has two pieces to itThe office girl told me double which ironically included the same amount for another service call included I do not feel I can trust this company to come out and double charge me and fix something they haven't even inspected to know if that is the issue I am requesting my service call refund

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/12/21) */ The crew did go back and the submersible pump needed to be replaced as wellMy tech noticed that someone may have sprayed the new pressure switch with WDwhich could have ignited the switch as it is electicalMy tech did replace the pressure switch as well, even though it was just replacedThis job is finished and resolved
