[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The bank is very sick and has slandered me and I was not receiving anything but sick childish letters due to the consumer agencies I complained to about them not working with me with my house payment I was with F & M for over years as a customer thru a checkbook and eventually with a closing in of my house and they are too money hungry and do not care how illegal they are being and think that a attorney that issues paperwork that is illegal and slandering me about complaining about there behavior They are arrogant criminals and they are boasting about it to you and the reason I contacted you is that I need your lawyers to get with me or get me with a competent attorney to get back what I worked for and I really did have a automatic house payment too long for the way they did the credit bureau report and they down right stole everything I worked for If you don't act like you have a head on your shoulders and get me my money with whatever strong attorney you can get than take on the one attorney that worked at the closing agency I did my closing thru called [redacted] and [redacted] and his name is [redacted] and I state he works thru [redacted] and [redacted] and I deserve what I am suppose to get legally I'm the customer not the one that needed the ridiculous letters they were sending to me and I know I have been lied about and I know they are slandering my reputation and I demand that you contact [redacted] and [redacted] and ask them to have [redacted] help me get what I need for my future not F & M's and by the way I never had a relationship with a Rainbow H [redacted] at the F & M but they pull sick letters because they are sick mentally ill people that can't do business legally I know what I deserve as a mortgage customer and what they did is very illegal and I will not accept there response ever Regards, [redacted] ***
