I accept the resolution, but I would like to note that it is unacceptable to wait over months for a refund after multiple conversations to customer service - each time being told it would be processed in 10-
days AND,,,,also I would like to note that the refund was >only< processed in response to my notice to the business of filing a Revdex.com complaint.I think it's important for consumers to be aware that it took a complaint to the Revdex.com to facilitate a refund Brilliant product offerings,,, poor customer service

Last Friday I filed a complaint *** in regards to the service provided by F Stop LLC I notified them of this, and today they were very eager to resolve my complaints and did issue the refund I was seekingGreat! They apologized and kindly requested I dismiss my filed complainantI
visited the Revdex.com website, but it does not appear I can rescind my complainantPlease let me know if this can be updatedI am impressed at the speed of their responseOne reviewer of their products said he spent the better part of months trying to resolve product deliveryI am relieved! The status of my order is "sent to fulfillment" since November I'm afraid I will be kept waiting againTherefore I have cancelled my order and requested for a full refund

His order was delivered. Unless he sends the product back to us, I cannot refund it. All he has to do is get the product back to us, and request a shipping label. Then, we can do his refund. In my notes, it shows he have provided a shipping label. As far as I know, he has not returned the product...

I am rejecting this response because:  The company refunded the original purchase price.  That is a pathetic response and, while it probably meets their legal requirements, is stunningly short of reasonable...

business behavior in the current day.  Normal businesses grant such refunds without forcing their customers to file complaints with the Revdex.com and Attorney General.  Normal businesses don't charge your credit card months before they will ship the product.  Normal businesses don't take 2-3 months from receipt of a return to issue a credit.

However when Fstopgear contacted me their resolution was that they ship my order from China. Because of the risk of extra fees (both custom and VAT, which I had to pay, about 100 euro ) I decided to wait for the original sending which Fstopgear promised will be shipped as soon as the european warehouse is restocked, which they say it will be before the end of this month. AKA I shall recieve my order first week of august. If it arrive at that time 8 months have past. I'm holding all my thumbs that it will.
