Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/09/21) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] VP Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @yahoo.com I WILL RESPOND TO THIS ITEM BY ITEMFIRST SHE DID NOT PURCHASE TWO VEHICLES BACK TO BACK IN TN A TWO WEEK PERIOD.AND THEY BOTH DID NOT HAVE TRANSMISSION ISSUESTHE FIRST VEHICLE WAS A BUICK RANIERIT DEVELOPED PROBLEMS WITH THE ALL WHEEL DRIVE WHICH SHE HAD A WARRANTY FOR BUT CHOSE INSTEAD TO UPGRADE TO A DODGE JOURNEY.SHE TOOK THE JOURNEY TO SUMMIT TRANSMISSION PRIOR TO PURCHASE AND THEY TOLD HER IT WAS A GOOD VEHICLETHREE TO FOUR WEEKS LATER SHE WALKED IN MY OFFICE AND TOLD ME IT HAD TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS AND WOULD COST [redacted] TO FIX IT .I CALLED FT WAYNE TRANSMISSION AND [redacted] TOLD ME MY COST WOULD BE [redacted] I HAD MY PHONE ON SPEAKER AND SHE HEARD THIS.ALTHOUGH SHE PURCHASED THIS CAR AS IS I OFFERED TO HELP HER OUT BY PAYING [redacted] OF THE REPAIR BILLSHE GOT NASTY AND THREATENED TO GO TO COURTAT THIS POINT I DID CUSS AND SAID IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT DO WHATEVER THE F YOU WANT TO DOI DID NOT CUSS HER OUT OR THROW PAPERS AT HER I PUSHED THEM ACROSS MY DESK TO HER .MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDDAUGHTER WERE PRESENT AND I TRY NOT TO CUSS IN FRONT OF THEM.SHE SAYS I DO NOT CHECK MY VEHICLES OUT I SELL CARS TO THE PUBLIC THAT I KNOW ARE BADI HAVE CONTACTED MY LAWYER AND I AM THINKING ABOUT SUING HER FOR SLANDERTHE JOURNEY SHE PURCHASED I BOUGHT ORIGINALLY FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HAD IT COMPLETELY GONE THOUGH AT THE REPAIR SHOP THAT DOES MY WORK.MY DAUGHTER VERIFIED THAT TO HER THE DAY SHE WAS IN MY OFFICE.I DO NOT BUILD THESE CARS AND I TOLD HER SO.THE THING IS SHE HAD THE CAR MORE THEN THREE WEEKS BEFORE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANSMISSION .HOW AM I SUPPOSSED TO PREDICT THAT.WHEN SHE BOUGHT IT IT HAD NO PROBLEMSSHE EVEN TOLD MY DAUGHTER AND I SHE HAD IT LOOKED AT AT SUMMIT TRANSMISSION BEFORE PURCHASE.AND SHE IS LYING ABOUT THE WARRANTY BEING TRANSFERED TO THE JOURNEYSO IN CLOSING I DID TRY TO HELP THIS YOUNG LADY AND SHE REFUSED THE HELP .NOW SHE IS ON HER OWN SINCE SHE HAS SLANDERED ME AND PROCEEDED TO COURT WHERE SHE WILL LOSE BECAUSE SHE SIGNED A BUYERS GUIDE FROM THE STATE SHOWING SHE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AS IS ALSO I TOLD HER I FELT BAD FOR HER AND IT WAS JUST BAD LUCKTHIS IS WHAT I SAID NOT CUSSING HER OUT LIKE SHE SAYS Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 10, 2016/09/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I am in shock at this response90% of what is being stated is falseI did not state that I bought two vehicles within two weeks of each otherI said that with each vehicle that I purchased one right after the other, within two weeks each vehicle was proven by mechanics to have transmission issues and needed either replacedHe never offered me [redacted] he offered me [redacted] and told me the rest of it is my problemHis daughter and granddaughter were not present when he was cussing me out, he did this before they arrivedHe did not tell me he had the vehicle checked out by a professionalHis words were I bought it for my daughter so I did look at itIn fact I asked him if he got all his Vehicles checked out by professionals or his mechanic before selling them to the public and he stated that he could not afford to get every single vehicle checked out prior to selling them or he would make no moneyThe only thing that his daughter verified when she walked in the office was the fact that he did purchase this vehicle for her, but she decided for some reason that she didn't want itI have proof of how he spoke to me and every single one of his exact words, so none of the above mentioned is slander, but actual facts

I am in shock at this response. 90% of what is being stated is false. I did not state that I bought two vehicles within two weeks of each other. I said that with each vehicle that I purchased one right after the other, within two weeks each vehicle was proven by mechanics to have transmission issues and needed either replaced.
