F tire shop n wheels

I went to this tire shop and I asked him to get a used tire for $45 that's how much they were going to charge me for one used tire but I had no money so they approved me for *** of a rate of $645 and the guy told me that I could use that money at my expense to anytime I want to get something out of the tire shop well I did not want to use any more than the $45 and he told me I had 90 days to pay back the $45 well I pay back the $45 within 30 days and ask him a credit has charged me $52 dollars every three weeks three times already so I finally called the credit company and they told me that the merchant which is the owner of the tire shop has put on there a bill of sale saying that he sold me $635 of four used tires which is untrue and that they are going to keep charging me up to $1,080 for interest rate so he basically lied on me and said that I got four tires when I only got one and even if it was for used tires they're not $635 because they're $45 a piece so the guy wrote up a false statement which I did not sign saying that I paid for four used tires through this credit company which is untrue I got one used tires so now I am out of my bank account I had to shut down my bank account because of for overdrafts already due to overdraft fees and then charging me twice on one account and then overdraft fees plus them charging me to other times so I had to stop with my world's got going on and also it's messing with my credit and I just got out of prison and my credit is good right now I asked this guy to resolve it he told me to give him until Friday and this was Wednesday of last week so the last week of February so now this guy is ignoring my phone calls.
