Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I should be responsible for repair of damaged area, I am not responsible to bring the whole apartment's carpet to brand new colorObviously used area will not match new repaired area but I should not be responsible for changing everything to brand newRepairs are supposed to match used and current refurbished condition. If unable to resolve, I want the carpet that was removed from my apartment because you are making me pay for new one ! I want to know why I was not asked this before charging me
Regards,
*** ***
