Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am a sixty-one year old woman, five feet tall and I don't use that sort of language These people are obviously not quality people I bought five pieces of plywood to put into my floor and they installed four sheets and a scrap Maurer told me he deserved it because he had not been paid by his contractor for coming to my house to estimate the job and because he'd lost out on ripping out carpet when he concurred with me that some carpet could be cleaned.Because they are not quality people, it is beneath me to argue with them I will send them a bank check for the balance owed and authorize State Farm to pay for my ruined floor I have never disputed a charge before but I have also never had a tradesman enter my home without authorization, do a job and ruin it and refuse to repair it, careening down his own arrogant, self-determined pathIt is only money and only a ruined floor, not children blown to pieces at a pop concert However, please drop the complaint I withdraw the complaint Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I am a sixty-one year old woman, five feet tall and I don't use that sort of language.  These people are obviously not quality people.  I bought five pieces of plywood to put into my floor and they installed four sheets and a scrap.  Maurer told me he deserved it because he had not been paid by his contractor for coming to my house to estimate the job and because he'd lost out on ripping out carpet when he concurred with me that some carpet could be cleaned.Because they are not quality people, it is beneath me to argue with them.  I will send them a bank check for the balance owed and authorize State Farm to pay for my ruined floor.  I have never disputed a charge before but I have also never had a tradesman enter my home without authorization, do a job and ruin it and refuse to repair it, careening down his own arrogant, self-determined path. It is only money and only a ruined floor, not children blown to pieces at a pop concert.  However, please drop the complaint.  I withdraw the complaint.
Sincerely,
