Hello,Thanks for reaching out to us, attached are files that CLEARLY show the opposite of what Mrs*** *** stated in her complaint.Mrs*** *** purchased the Chevy Blazer with $down when she came crying seeking help because her father & brother bought couple cars from me
and her dad paid it off without any proble**, her brother is still making his payments without any proble**After she put in the $down she bought the car AS IS as stated in the signed BILL OF SATE (Attached), I DID TELL HER THAT THE BATTERY WAS new as the date on it shows, other than that, it is an AS IT CARAfter weeks, she failed to make a payment and praised me as AN AMAZING PERSON as her text messages show (i still have them & would love to show them in person), she then didn't make a payment for next weeks, so, she was a month late & I STILL DIDN'T REPOSSESSED HER CAR as AGREEDShe then came up with $after a month of purchasing the car, making it so far $toward the car paymentShe will have to make a payment of $on the the 15th of March if she doesn't want her car repossessed as it is my right PER OUR SECURITY AGREEMENT.As for the registration (attached), it's all LEGAL FROM THE BMV's website since AS a dealer, I have access to do that making her think it's FALSIFIED! I told her to take it to the BMV and check with them and she will see what they will tell herAlso, she can't get her hard plates till she gets a title when car paid off or with lien on it, so far, she still has the VALID TEMPORARY TAG & LEGAL!Her clai** are now CLEAR & if you have any more question, I can personally come & meet or be reached at *** *** ***

As **.*** confirmed her acceptance of the purchase of the stated car as an "AS IS" & that there is no proof or written promises for the claimed things that FCars should do to her/fix for her or give her, I CONFIRM the same things, she walked away happy & she had no issues with me personally or with FCars about the car as her text message shows on 2/10/(picture attached), days after driving away with the carShe then called Mr.Ali the salesman "Amazing" weeks after buying the car (picture attached), and on 2/9/2017, **.*** stated in another text message that SHE HAD NO ISSUES W THE CAR EXCEPT THAT IT DOESN'T START SOMETIMES (PIC ATTACHED), in all, it was just the battery which I personally gave her $to buy from Walmart but since it's a cash thing, she will deny itMr.*** called one day claiming that her car broke down, engine or transmission went out &..&.., I asked her to tow it and she will not have to worry, but once the car came in, we jumped it and it started and she drove away with it having a new battery, so, IT WASN'T THE ENGINE BLEW UP OR TRANSMISSION GOING OUT as she claimed.On 3/16/2017, FCars llc sent her a text message that her Memorandum title is ready before her legally issued temporary tag registration expired and that WE ARE READY TO ACCEPT payments Mon-Sat 9am-7pm but she NEVER SHOWED UP TO TAKE HER TITLE OR MAKE THE PAYMENTS.Our company's legal counsel didn't want me to reveal her own text messages (above) so we can CLEARLY DEFEAT the allegations in court of law, but at this point, the only way we can May Be help her, is her admitting her lies and fabrications, otherwise, we will have to repossess the car as she is couple payments late

I *** ***, do not agree with the information that was provided in this responseWhen I went into FCars LLC I went with a family friend not brotherI have no relation to the gentlemen he speaks ofI’m related to the girlfriend of the alleged brother and that is itI did not come into the shop “crying” seeking help I came with my sister’s boyfriend at the time he was making his payment and inquire about a vehicle because I was a single mother with a month old child and was walking to drop her at daycare and to work and home every day for the past monthsI was desperate for a car and he stated if I came back the following Monday he will get me into somethingI did as followed and return with $cash looking to make a purchaseI was given options of vehicles when the Chevy Blazer was pulled up in front of the building in which he stated “this car was just an older woman’s vehicle so everything on it is working properly or new” and also stated the damage to the driver side headlight and fender had just occurred due to one of the mechanics moving the vehicle and hitting it on some garageAfter being so eager to sell me the vehicle I asked to test drive it, after getting into the vehicle I noticed the gas gauge was broken and again the salesman stated “This can be as simple as a cable needing to be replaced and I will do that along with your oil change for FREE when you make your first payment” in which none of those services were providedI was reluctant at that point to buy the vehicle because the safety of my child riding in a vehicle where I can not tell where the gas was became a bit concerning for me and asked for the other optionsThe cars salesman had become upset I did not want to buy the vehicle and became extremely rude with me stating there was nothing else worth my money after already mentioning I had optionsDue to me badly needing a vehicle I accepted it “as is” in hopes of getting the repairs I was promisedI understand buying a car “AS IS” however there is a difference between selling a vehicle “as is” and “unsafe” and this vehicle was deemed unsafe for travel due to the condition by an experienced mechanic who has worked with me and my family for years on car repairsBy the end of the purchasing night I was stranded on the side of the rode not only with my daughter but my month pregnant sister and her kids ages and because the car had stoppedI then tried to reach out to Ali and he did not answer nor return my callsGracefully my sister’s boyfriend came to give me a jump and after hour of trying seen the battery was not holding a charge and the red cable were looseHe tightened it with his hand just enough for me to get home safelyDue to a financial hardship during the time my first payment was due (February 10th) I could not afford the first payment and I was under emotional distress and Ali ALLOWED me to give him the payment when I can afford itI made TWO PAYMENTS ($total) February 24th in which he stated "I could have gave you another month" but I refused and wanted to catchup on payments and not fall behind to cause a repossession that was only weeks after not a monthOne morning traveling to my daughters doctors appt my car stopped in the middle of the road and would not startI thought it was the gas but I had completely filled the tank the day before so I knew it could not have been that but I still tried to put more gas inI contacted Ali and he told me to get the car towed to him and he will get me in another car(I have all messages I can present) that's "more decent" the vehicle was towed to his location and looked at he then jumped the vehicle after a few failed car start attempts and told me the battery was badHe did not check anything else on the vehicleI referenced back to when he said the battery was new and asked how within a month the battery is no good? He again became really upset and told me he will not put me in another car because I only gave him $and nothing on his lot is worth that muchNothing was fixed as promised nor was I given the option to choose a better car also as he promisedAt 6:pm Ali tole me purchase my own battery after he spent a hour pretending to be out buying oneOnce I arrived back with the battery to have installed, my vehicle was pulled out in the street and he was proceeding to close the gate as if he was gonna sneak off before we got thereAli stated his mechanics left at o clock and he did not have the tools to install the batteryAli tried to verbally attack me yelling calling me degrading names and speaking to my supervisor about the issue in which it was none of her concern she was just there as a help to get me to and from the shopI have everything recorded and will love to send that in as wellAli stated he did not want to do business with me and will not accept payments and will make sure my car is taken and walked away from me getting into his vehicle to leaveAt this point I'm being told to drive a vehicle with a bad battery and a new purchased battery in the trunk that can not get put inI had took another chance driving the vehicle homeMy temporary tags expired march 16th, prior to that I went to the BMV to get hard plates (like I thought was done after your tags expire) and was told I should have been provided a title within the first days (I was not) and to file a dealership complaintMy vehicle was not properly registered causing the BMV unable to find my registration given by FCars LLC in their systemI then had to register my car again and received day temporary tags due to this issue from the BMVIf I can not get hard plates because the car is not paid off and I have no title stated by Ali in his response how is it legal to provide me with another set of tags? Also how can I pay off a vehicle with a $1000+ balance if my payments were due every two weeks to receive the title within days? I personally know someone who was given a memorandum title from FCars LLC who has no valid license and had to get the vehicle registered with the BMV under another nameSo the title he has is not written to the correct personAli did not verify any information on me and what he has for my address is not correctI have a lawyer that's helping me gather all information to show what I'm stating is trueI do not agree with the response from the dealer
