My name is [redacted] and I would like to say that F1 Systems has never been a disappointment in customer service. I am very satisfied with every purchase of a computer and the service sometimes is above and beyond my expectation.

I am very pleased with the service, and great customer service skills that [redacted] and his wife have shown. I took my computer to them, with a very nasty virus.It took some time to rectify, and I was dreading the bill. The cost for this, was well within reason, considering all the time and effort that they put in. [redacted] also took the time to sit down with me, and, Me, not being very computer literate, [redacted] took the time to sit down and explain things to me. I not only feel as if Ive made a new friend, I will always do business with them.

This company should change its name to A1 Systems for A1 service! Staff are quite knowledgeable, honest and competitively price. The cheapest price others offer doesn't include the value-add that F1 offers.

I purchased a labtop for my son for Christmas and I was in need of getting a Anti-virus installed on the labtop. Took it to [redacted] at F1 Systems to have software installed. [redacted] not only installed a great anti-virus software, but also took the time to set up the computer for my son and removing alot of bloatware that brand new computers come with these days. I am the type of person who does not write a lot of reviews, but I felt I had to give [redacted] at F1 System credit for his great service and honesty, he will not sell you something you don't need. My son loves the way he set up his labtop for X-MAS.

My business with F1 was great. They helped me with my computer even though it wasn't one they sold to me. I would recommend their services to anyone. They are honest and reliable people. I've even ordered a desktop from them.

I highly recommend F1 Computer Systems to anyone needing expert advice on the latest software and hardware technology.
Having worked in Southern California for 29 years, I worried about finding someone locally with the ability to build a custom computer that was “state-of-the-art”.
Luckily, after months of searching I found F1 Systems. Marlend then spent several hours discussing what I expected my new computer to do, recommended the hardware, operating system and then proceeded to build and load the specialized software.
I appreciate someone of Marlend’s expertise will provide his services to a walk-in retail market; without his help, I’m sure I would have given up trying to keep pace with computer technology.

I needed a computer for my racing simulator. It needs to be vary fast and have great video. And wow! that's just what I got. Thanks so much [redacted] and [redacted] at F1-Systems.

What a outstanding job! F-1 fixed my computer problems and I didn't even have to leave my house. The staff link-up with my computer and did a remote it was fast and easy! So really don't waste your time with any other computer store. F-1 has great rates and wonderful customer service it is is second to none.

I recently had my first opportunity to use a computer services company and I chose F1 Systems simply because of their convenient location. After this experience I will never go anywhere else. Owner / operator Marlend Bearwald is extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose my complicated problem and locate the correct part for my laptop. In addition, he provided me with excellent advice and information and was very enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend F1 Systems!

I recently purchased a computer from F1 and was it the best experience I've had purchasing a computer. [redacted] was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Follow up service after the purchase was 1st rate also. All my future computer needs will be at F1 systems.

I bought a new computer from them and I am satisfied with it. He sat down and asked what I wanted in a computer and what it was going to be used for and we got it to what I wanted in a computer. It was said to be done on a certain date and it was built and delivered on that date. When I picked it up he sat down with me and went though all the stuff on my computer with me, Over all I'm very satisfied with what I received.

Great experience. We have purchased two computers and have them maintained by this business. We recently became snow birds. Now that we are in Florida, I couldn't get my printer to work. Called them, and they remotely fixed the problem for me at no charge. Dealing with an elderly person, (myself) he helped me get up and running. Thanks F1 [redacted]

Review: I dropped off a Touch Screen Samsung Computer [redacted] for a screen repair on September 16th, 2013 at F1 Systems. I was given the impression at the time this would take about a month to repair, so the cost of the repair was paid up front on a company credit card $525.00. After time it became three months, with the excuse that the wrong part was shipped, and then there was no return calls and the business location appears to be closed for the last four weeks now (Dec 15th-Jan 12th). The voice mail at F1 systems no longer functions, and I have seen UPS labels posted on the entrance door, days later the post its are removed which indicate they are still coming by. I have made several e-mail attempts to the business account [email protected] but again no response. I do have the e-mail conversations of the cost of fixing the computer and also the cost of an I-pod touch, neither of which have been returned to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the return of the computer-preferably repaired. If not, then return of the computer plus the full refund of what was paid. I would also would like the return of the I-pod touch, again repaired, if not then return of the I-pod touch.

F1 Systems has been stating this computer would fixed in a few weeks for at least three months now. There should be a given time line when the computer will be ready. I feel this should not be unreasonable, F1 Systems is aware that I'm unable to deal with this personally since I'm being deployed to Afghanistan.

I have settled this matter directly with Mr. [redacted]'s employer and owner of the company with no hard feelings, he has been refunded and signed off in this matter.

I had a negative experience with F1 Systems due to the fact that they claimed they could fix a touch screen computer but did nothing other than giving me the run around for six months. The business was even closed from Mid December 2013 to Mid January 2014 and no one would even answer the phone. At the time, I felt it was important to support local businesses but all I got was excuses after excuses, and then eventually was told they could not fix it at all and it was my fault for not going directly to the manufacture. I wasted a lot of time on an empty promise and would strongly recommend anyone to go elsewhere before coming to F1 systems.
