I purchased a produce from dynamopro.net under a free trial and cancelled the membership and they still charged me for the product
I purchased a free trial product on 2/23. Per the website, it stated ti prevent re-occurring charges it must be cancelled within 14 days via email provided or phone. Email sent on 2/24 and again on 3/5 with no response and charged my account on 3/9. When called they told me they could not find record of email sent and cancelled my membership but told me they would call back on 15 min and did not. They refused to provide me with a refund. They not only charged me the 89.95 but an additional 87.95 for a product I didn't authorize under the name superplusmuscle. Attached you will find the original with the follow up email on 3/5 as well as a snapshot of the email and phone number they provided.

I keep getting calls from this number saying I have an unauthorized charge to my Amazon account. I do not have an Amazon account.
When I receive these calls I am told to get on my computer and go to Fast Connect to try and resolve this issue with billing to my Amazon account. I believe they are trying to connect to my computer to steal my information that is saved on my computer. There is another number associated with this scam. It is 856-819-1096, 855-929-0211, 786-687-0059. They attempt to collect 299.99 from me for a computer related virus service they claim I have. I have never paid this much for a virus protection service.

I purchased a bottle of the Rapid Slim product for a trial price of $4.95 and was never prompted to agree to any "terms or conditions" and then was charged a couple weeks later for $90. When I called the company to ask what was going on they said that by clicking confirm on my payment I had agreed to their terms of buying this product at full price, every month if I didn't call and cancel and return the product within a certain amount of time which I am still not even sure what the time length that was. When I asked for my money back they offered 50% of it back right away but would not issue a full refund even after the manager I spoke with admitted that I never clicked any box actually agreeing to the terms and conditions.
