Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First I want to address the fact that the original order called for the rectangular sinks (we still have the picture we took the day at the showroom) and again the tone of the email should prove to you that this business, while they talk about customer service and quality, does not do this in practice and pushes the blame onto the customer as they are apparently trying to do yet again in a backhanded way.
Second, if we were not there to do the quality control ourselves the attached pictures show the level of "quality" that FAB granite does.  This happened not once but on three separate occasions which to me seems to be a trend.
The attached pictures (just some of several examples) I hope speak for themselves as any business that was concerned about quality would have resolved it themselves instead of waiting for the customer to point out how bad the work was done.
We hope that the Revdex.com recognizes that this is an issue with this company and we have zero desire for them to return as we do not trust their work or their ability to do proper quality control and we will get someone else to resolve the issue on our own.
Regards,
[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: On this particular job, As soon as we were aware that there was a problem we addressed it in a timely manner. We sent a crew out to see if the top was repairable.. Which it was not. So, in turn we re cut the vanity top and reinstalled the new vanity. Then it was brought...

to our attention that the customer would like to have a rectangular sink.... When it was originally ordered, it was supposed to be oval, We then re cut the top and gave the customer a rectangle sink like they wanted. This is the first time that we are hearing any further complaints about the silicone caulking color. If this is still an issue, we will be more than happy to set up an appointment to fix this issue. At Fab granite, It is our goal to make sure that the customer is satisfied. We try to go above and beyond for all of our customers. Please advise them that we are willing to try to make this right. Thank You,Fahmey A[redacted]

Review: Purchased product and services to install a counter top in my kitchen. The issues are:

The height of the back splash needs to measured and cut to fit flush against the wall. The length of 1 piece of the back splash was cut to short. It does not align with the counter top. Additionally, during a verbal discussion with Mr. [redacted], he agreed to a rounded pencil counter top cut at no additionally cost.Desired Settlement: I would like to work with the company to have the job finished professionally. I would also like the for Mr. [redacted], to honor his word in finishing the counter top with a pencil cut.
