Today I had a very bad experience..
Im a loyal fabco customer I shop for me and my family I have 3 kids n I always shop shoes with Fabco I have loyalty rewards cards ..I was suppose to get my free shoe after 10 stamps..I was told by associate I can take it when ever I want as I have 1 free..I choose to take it later..I visit this location 5208 5th ave location manager was so Rude and bad..she refuse to give me my free shoe she ask me 10 question where did u last purchase..shoe which location why u have all these stamp did associate stamp this where is ur card which u purchase this with..I cant give u free shoe unless u buy some thing ...to avoid arguments I said ok I will buy I selected a shoe of $16.99 for my daughter and I select $24.99 shoe as it was a free 1..when I bring it to counter she said no u must buy $24.99to get ur free shoe..which was like fooling me..
I went to get my free shoe after 10 stamp ..so why would I spend again 24.99 to get 1 free...she argue with me saying u giving me hardtime which was not true she gave me hard time...I qas there for 30 min...finally my patience lost I tear my reward card n receipt n told her u lost a loyal customer forever ...who use to give business to u for 5 family memeber purchase..
When it was time for me to get my rewards for spending money all these purchase finally I got nothing but disappointment...from Fabco

To Whom It May Concern, Our return policy on our receipt is as follows: We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase when accompanied by store receipt of unworn or unused merchandise, within 30 days only. In this case the purchase date is 3/**/2015 and the customer came back to the store...

asking for a return on 4/**/2015 which is passed the 30 day policy. We feel that the 30 day return policy is very standard and widely practiced as offered by many retailers. It allows for a sufficient window for valid returns and allows us to minimize false claims. We’ve established a reasonable return time frame and cannot be held accountable for each customer’s use of the footwear or the daily wear and tear after this window.

FABCO stores all over does not like to give CUSTOMERS their refunds..

I went to the Fabco Shoe Store today for the first time in Howard Beach. I was on a hunt to find a pair of sandles for my son’s vacation. After searching high and low I found one in his size and it had a sale ticket on the box that read a sale price so I was extra happy. When I went to the register to purchase the shoe The cashier took off the ticket and told me a higher price I explained that the ticket read a different price and He said “no it didn’t the price is what the computer says” I said so is the shoe in the wrong box And he replied “No” so I continued to explain the sandle is on sale it’s November btw and he said “no the ticket wasnt on the box”. It was and he clearly took it off needless to say I walked out of the store without purchasing the shoe and very disturbed because he lied straight to my face. First and last time for me...

This Happened at the Fabco store on Jamaica Avenue. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes on Wednesday, October 4th, 2017, I never wore them outside of my house. I tried them on at home and found that one of the pairs was uncomfortable so I went to return it on October 6th, 2017 and was told by the two cashiers (Sabrina and Monica) that the shoes are worn and that I must speak to the manager. I asked for the managers name but they refused to give me. Isnt the Managers name public information? What is all the fuss with telling me the managers name? And why can't I return my unworn shoes to the store? Is Fabco losing money that they have to employ these obviously underhanded tactics of accusing people that their shoes are worn in order to not return people's money?

I had purchase a shoe , but then when I went home I wore it once and it very uncomfortable so when I went in Jamaica ave to take it back, they told me that because it worn they cannot do anything so I said to the manager and assistance manager the shoe is very uncomfortable I cannot wear it so then after they were so nasty manager and the assistance manager and one of the employee never had and experience in a store like this before I wouldn't recommend no one to go to that store employees are very nasty

Review: I bought 2 pairs of shoes. I wore one pair 3x and on the 3rd wearing the eyelet broke and the shoe was unwearable. It would no longer tie. This was on the 40th day after purchase. The receipt says: unworn or unused merchandise within 30 days only". I don't even know what that means.....as it has no verb it in it saying what you can do within the time frame. But I should be able to get more than 3 wears out of a pair of shoes. I called two different managers and the corporate headquarters. All they would do is repeat the policy. No matter what I said or asked, like a broken record, they would repeat the policy.Desired Settlement: I understand that I wore the shoes. But this is shoddy merchandise. I would like to pick out the equivalent value of merchandise in its stead. I have the credit card receipt and the store receipt. Thank you very much.

This seems to be a pattern with this store of not wanting to give CUSTOMERS back their DUE REFUNDS
