that had to be repaired. Had to paint the entire top of the vehicle. they said it would take a week. They had it 11 days. Daughter picked it up. Just after 5PM today a piece of the molding fell out because they shredded the tab that holds it in place when they tried to reassemble the headliner. Dirt all around that area also. AND we are getting a Forward collision message also. When I called them this morning to find out if they were done with my Yukon, they said they were getting an air bag error message clearly indicating they had not assembled something correctly. I keep this vehicle in pristine condition and I'll be darned if I will allow this to happen. Stay away from these guys. Stay very far away.
Had some trouble wit the RV last week and wanted to share my experience.... I had the RV towed to Fabel Repair in Waupaca due to the drive shaft falling out. And I think they thought I was made of money.
The towing bill was $455 for a 7 mile ride and on the bill was a charge for 2 trucks. Well they brough th te wrong truck and had to go get the right one. I didn't know that counted as 2 trucks. (The response from Fabel Repair was that they send 2 trucks out for "safety". Well there was only one truck out htere at a time, both were big wreckers. Never was there 2 vehicles on scene that would have been there for safety.)
I then look at the bill and was charged 11 hours @ 99.95 and hour and if you look at he parts list, that is a whole lot of time for a few parts. It is too bad I was not in a position to take it back to Appleton to another shop.
I am sure most of you out there don't need big trucks worked on but I would probably find another place to go to have repair work done if they do this.
