They responded within 24 hours, a rather formal response, but a response never the less. I ordered a box and received an email confirmation immediately, and received my shipment in the mail within 5 days. It's wonderful. Don't believe all the bad reviews, just be smart when you order online!
I had cancelled my account and then I had informed FABFITFUN that my account was closed before an order was shipped. I literally waited 4 days before someone had emailed to let me know I cant send back my package that I didn't order. I was trying to do the right thing, since I didn't pay for the package that was shipped.
