Our member service team explained our program, issued 500 reward points and you agreed to keep the account active. I do see you have accumulated 12 membership credits of $29.95 each. I have issued you a ten courtesy refunds of $29.95 each today, 7/26/2017. Please allow 5-7 business days for this refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. Due to the remaining two membership charges being dated so far back, a manual check refund for $59.90 will be issued. Please allow 5-7 business weeks for this process.
