I ordered two laser engraved glasses, one with my name above and my initials inside a circular logo and one for my girl friend. I bought it through a [redacted], and the images depicted on [redacted] as well as the "preview" before submitting your order showed large text and logo in the middle of the glasses. The order shipped quickly enough, but I was surprised to see that, although well engraved, the size of the actual engraving was much smaller than what was depicted in any images on [redacted] or [redacted] site.
I contacted their customer service and provided images comparing my glass to the preview image, and I was told she "submitted these images to our editing team so they can preview the engravings to see if we had any issues." The problem was that I never heard back. I had to submit a second online ticket with them to essentially have [redacted] say that they already emailed me a resolution (never received) and that "[redacted] beer mugs show multiple sizes and it's the largest it can be on that actual glass." In other words, they never got back to me in two weeks (including one follow-up email per week from me before submitting the second ticket), and they essentially admit to falsely advertising the size of the engravings. I do not know anything about their canvas prints, but I would never recommend this business considering their false advertising and poor customer service.

The quality of the wood they use for the cutting board is so poor, you couldn't read the engraving. I asked for assistance and they indicated that is natural wood. That isn't the case, as I've ordered from other companies previously and have been extremely satisfied. Their substandard quality and the abominable, unprofessional customer service assures that I'll never shop with them again or ever recommend them.
