I am rejecting this response because:I understand that *** had a hardship that interrupted her business but when she called me she said she would be going through the items she'd packed up and would contact me early 'last' week to arrange pick up I have not heard from her When we spoke I suggested she change her voicemail reply to indicate there would be a delay in getting back to customers rather than the voicemail that implies she is still in business She has not done that If she can't respond to the orders she took months ago, she cannot take new orders While I have empathy for her, there is no excuse for her ignoring my first calls over a period of months She has an obligation to respond to her customers and now it has been over a week since our conversation Since I am asking only that she make arrangements for me to pick up my garment (not fix it) I see no reason why it would take over a week to get back to me
