This client sent in material for processing which required sampling prior to treatment, and at that time was sent via email their order confirmation and related documents, of which was credit card form for payment
That form was not returned, thus holding up the clients
order for scheduling to process, as the client made numerous calls to our office , it was to facilitate a timeline to ship their order
The order has been completed and shipped, however our invoice still remain openTheir inconsistent work flow requires their account terms to be proforma, which needs payment prior to shipping

Do not use this company's services under any circumstances. We have sent them a number of fabrics to apply stain protection to and they haven't done the work or shipped the fabric. Fabrics were sent between 2 and 3 months ago, payment was made, and they are still holding onto the fabrics. They continually lie and say that items have shipped but the vendors have not received them. [redacted] and [redacted] don't respond to emails or voicemails. On the rare occasion they provide info, they say the items have shipped, when in fact they haven't. Their despicable business practices and outright lies have caused many wasted hours trying to track down our fabrics and caused irreparable damage to relationships with our clients. We filed a complaint with the OH Attorney General's office and they informed me that 8 other complaints have been filed. Stay away from Fabric Finishing Partners and the people who run the business.
