At this time, I have been contacted directly by Fabric World USA Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They contacted me over email to ask if I wanted a refund or the product I ordered. I responded with a refund. That was a couple...
weeks ago. I have not recieved a refund and I have not herd back from them.

Review: on 11/[redacted]2013 I placed a order with Fabric World USA LLC online at fabricworldusa.com. The order consisted of 3 lengths of fabric with a combined cost of $40 plus $13.16 shipping and handling for a grand total of $53.16. On 11/**/13 my order arrived incomplete. I informed "[redacted]" who answered the phone that the order only contained one fabric. She said she would get the remaining 2 fabrics out to me by 11/**/13. The order never arrived. I telephoned [redacted] again. She said that the fabric order was delayed and would arrive to me by 12/*/13. The order never arrived. I telephoned [redacted] again. She said that remaining fabric would arrive by 12/**/13. I still have not recieved my order. I telephoned [redacted] again on 12/** and asked for a refund. She told me that I would have a full refund credited back to my Visa by the end of the day on 12/**/13. Today 12/**/19 my bank informed me that I have no refunds pending from Fabric World USA. I attempted to reach [redacted] two times today by telephone and was told both times that she was not in.Desired Settlement: I would $32.77 refunded to me immediately.$10 fabric$14 fabric$8.77 shipping cost ($4.34 per fabric)

Customer ordered 3 different fabrics. Two of the fabrics was out of stock. We informed customer and she advice us to ship rest of them. We shipped rest of them.
It was delayed to received the shipment due to Holly day. So customer request us to refund her. We have refunded customer $32.77 on 12/**/14 the way she paid us.(through our processor).

After many stall tactics, unfulfilled promises to fill my order, unreturned phone calls and delays, Fabric World USA finally issued me a refund of $33.77 but only AFTER I made the complaint to the Revdex.com. Thanks Revdex.com for helping and protecting the consumer!
