I wanted to share the very positive interaction I've had with this companyI was the winner of an online giveaway in late AugustDue to some crossed communication between the company who sponsored the giveaway and Birch, I was not sent the full amount of fabric I was told I would receiveThe sponsor told me to contact them directlyWhen I did, they accepted responsibility for the problem, instead of making excusesWithin days the full amount of fabric was at my doorTheir customer service is incredible, and their products are gorgeousI highly recommend them!

I WENT THERE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY CAR AT A GOOD PRICE WITH BAD CREDIT I STUMBLED UPON THIS CRAP WITH LOUD *** *** AND WAS BAMBOOZLED TO PURCHASE A CAR I WAS ADVISED WAS A BUT FOUND OUT ITS ACTUALLY WHEN I CALLED TO SWITCH INSURANCEWHY DIDN'T YOU REFUSE IT YOU SAY? THE FREAKING RECEIPT THAT I SIGNED STATED THAT MY MONEY WAS NON REFUNDABLE IF I CHOOSE NOT TO GET THE CARIT HAS ONLY BEEN A DAY SINCE I HAVE HAD IT AND ASKED TO SWITCH IT BUT HEARD NOTHING BACKCAN YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE CHARGING ME A TOTAL OF 3K DOWN FOR THIS JUNKPLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAYTHERE ARE A MILLION OTHER PLACES JUST IN THE AREA THAT ARE JUST AS GOODTHESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKSI WANT TO REPLACE THE VEHICLETHAT US ALL I WANT BUT THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTORY

I purchased a car from Ocean Auto Sales and that was my worst mistake I could have madeI understand that any car you buy that has more then a 100,miles is a riskBut I made notes to the rep that the vehicle did not have seat belts in the rear seat area for the back passengers, that meant that they sold a unsafe car I was told they would order them from ebay, also the lights on the dash board did not work, the car was taken and half of the lights were working when they returned the car I was told they had ordered the parts and would contact me when they come inI'm still waitingThe check engine light came on so I went and had the car put on the computer to see what the problem wasI got the information and took it to the company They had a warranty on the engine and transmission for days I still had weeks left on the warranty, they kept the car for days and after I called them they told me to come get the car Then the car would not start, they put a used battery in it and told me their was another problem and that why the car would not start and that I should start it everydayFrom day one the car would not start and I had to get jumps from neighborsI the took the car back to them and parked it on their lot gave them the keys and told them to take it back Anyone dealing with this company should make sure you check the car on a computer before buying or signing anything Even test driving did not give me any observations that would have made me think twice , I have not asked for any money back because it would not be worth the problem just beware

The sponsor told me to contact them directly. When I did, they accepted responsibility for the problem, instead of making excuses. Within 2 days the full amount of fabric was at my door. Their customer service is incredible, and their products are gorgeous. I highly recommend them!
