There was no backing out of RCA's contract with ***RCA finished the property at ***, and was prepared to close
Due to the fact his loan officer continued to keep changing the closing date numerous timesThey kept
requesting more paperwork, and more time from RCA...all of which had been delivered to them at least a month in advance of our scheduled closing date
***'s were unable to pay for all their overagesAs *** and his wife had numerous upgradesHe has been less than truthful through this entire processRCA in now left having to sell ***'s property due to him and his lender not performing on their end
There is no time frame to return his earnest moneyRCA signed the cancellation on 10-26-2015, ***'s signed it on 10-28-RCA did not know where to send the earnest monies, as *** told RCA he was "looking for a different place to move." RCA finds it interesting that we had to find out from the Revdex.com that he in fact did not move from his original apartmentHe never once contacted RCA nor his agent ***, to find out where his earnest money wasFor all he knew it was lost in the mail, instead he contacts the Revdex.comRCA did not want to send $through the mail until we were sure of his correct addressWe need *** to confirm that the address where he currently resides is: *** White Bear Lake, MN
In closing RCA BUILDERS INChas incurred numerous expenses since they could not perform, or pay for all their upgradesWith all this being said, RCA has still agreed to return his earnest moneyWe could have kept a portion of it for some of our losses*** can still purchase the property at ***It is on the market for $230,He can contact RCA if he would like to do so
