Fabulous Floors Review Working with Fabulous Floors was truly a fine experience up until they went back on their word [redacted] was charming, responsive and professional and [redacted] the team leader knew exactly what he was doing when he arrived at my property, examined the premises and the flooring I was supplying and told me he would do the job and it will look great when he was done [redacted] worked up a quote up and submitted it in a timely manner Although the quote was higher than the other installers I had spoken with, I felt confident Fabulous Floors was the best company for this challenging job The only obstacle I had was the negative review on the Revdex.com I had asked [redacted] why they had such a bad review [redacted] explained the customer was just one of those clients where nothing would satisfy them Unfortunately, I believed her With faith and trust, I hired [redacted] and [redacted] and we agree in writing that I would supply the flooring, they would supply the sub-flooring, prep work, installation, finishing etc Written quote: $6, The quotation was very detailed and agreed to by both parties A few days later, their truck pulled up, [redacted] hopped out with his crew of three installers and they unloaded all their equipment and all of the sub-flooring I brought [redacted] over to the flooring he had inspected a few days earlier and he told me this job is a lot more difficult than he originally had estimated He said it would cost me more I told him I am a reasonable guy and I just want the floor done I asked him how much and he told me he needed to confer with [redacted] About five minutes later, they said they didn’t want to do the job I told him he was about to breach the agreement I asked him if he owned the business and he said no I suggested before he breached the agreement, it would be a good idea to call the owner and explain the situation Again, he conferred with [redacted] and then called the owner [redacted] reported back to me he had spoken with the owner and the owner said he wasn’t really breaching the agreement; he just didn’t want to do the job because it was under bid and too difficult [redacted] then blamed me because I didn’t tell him how difficult this job would be – even though he inspected the job in advance Then came the coup de grace: [redacted] tried to up sell me suggesting I buy flooring from them [redacted] must have missed the part where they breached the contract, wasted my time and mislead me Entering into another agreement with her deceptive company was the last thing I would consider My warning to buyers, be cautious dealing with this unethical company, they are delightful up to the bitter end and finish with a bait and switch slick sales technique Rating: F

This morning I was cleaning my new wood floors in my old Wauwatosa home and decided I finally needed to share my experience in case others have a chance to work with this great companyFirst and probably most importantly, is ***, who walks you through the whole process from measuring, selecting, and ordering, to installingCustomer service is her priority and when there were a few aggravations with ordering the wood, she spoke to the store on our behalf and not only cleared things up but got us a discountShe checked in regularly, was easy to get a hold of, and truly cared that we were happy with our floors Her team of installers headed by Horatio, was amazing and their workmanship excellent From beginning to end, *** handled everything, answering tons of questions, being available and knowledgeable, and always SO personableI would highly recommend them to anyone who wants personalized excellence in their customer service and high quality materials with a gorgeous finished product!
