Apparently as she states upon leaving she went to another local salon saying they fixed the mistake that was made at our salon. After this she...

called and spoke with our shop owner and Tia explained to her without seeing what Ms. [redacted] felt was a mistake we would be unable to do a refund. We could not determine what problem she had considering she went to another salon supposedly getting it fixed. After reviewing our cameras we found she seemed happy with her service. She also came back to pay the stylist because she didn't have cash still with no complaint. In any circumstance our salon would be more than happy to correct the issue or refund the money but due to her going to a different salon other than what we seen on camera we were unable to determine if her hair was even truly messed up. We actually forwarded her cruel and slandering emails to our attorney yesterday they were quite ridiculous.
