Hello FAB Customers,
I am so...

sorry that I've been out of touch with you and you have not received the products you ordered. I have been fighting hard to get some hard core answers and understanding from the vendor as to why I have not received numerous shipments and have been without products for over a month now. It seems as though massive orders have been held up in customs; which can be a serious delay at times such as this one. When this happens, the vendor can't get products out to anyone, including distributors such as myself.
Packages have begun to be released from customs and are coming in as of 3/12/16. Please watch your emails this week for updates with tracking information.
Again, you have my deepest apologies for this horrible back order and I'm including free samples in every order of the newest product to launch this year, OCTANE.
Please feel free to respond to this email with any further questions or concerns. Refunds can still be processed through Paypal if so desired. I totally understand the frustration and dissatisfaction with the speed of shipment and communication of this horrible ordeal. Thanks for being so patient.

I did not recieve that email, I was told on 2/19 my items were in and would be shipped the next week, the next two weeks my emails were never responded to be this business
