Fabutan Sun Tan Studio Head Office Calgary

After recieving not one but two sets of lashes thag resulted in extreme pain and discomfort to my eyes as well as damage to my lashes I contacted the customer support team only to have my concern be ignored. After submitting three emails I was contacted by someone from "Head Office" - Helen *** who began her email to me with no apology, yet an excuse for why I hadnt been contacted yet and then proceeded to place blame on the store managers for not contacting me. Helen and I discussed a date for her to call me and discuss the matter however, that date came and went and I revieced no phone call. When I inquiried about this her response to me was to tell me how busy she is and that she gets held up quite often. Yet another less than acceptable response to a customer. After going back and forth with numerous emails I had told her I would no longer be dealing with her and that it was ridiculous how much back and forth via email was happening rather than her picking up the phone and leaving me a message, she had my number well before this email was sent. She then responded by telling me that she was offended and that I should be handling this in a respectful manner, she also went into great detail about her title in the industry and how she is not only the owner but she is the highest up I will speak to at both salon level and head office. I have saved copies of these horrendous emails I have received by her.

I have spent a lot of money and time at fabutan and I will no longer be setting foot into the salons. With such horribly trained "lash techs" if you can call them that and a head office being run by teenagers who throw tantrums when they are expected to take responsibility this business is one to stay far away from.

Have never had problems with the Mission staff but Head Office is another issue. They choose to ignore any complaints or concerns coming in. They give you lip service and no accountability. Don't expect them to assist you on any issue.
