I kept getting charged even after I had cancelled my account for a long period of time I was a customer at this Fabutan location in May, I recall signing a health and safety document however I do not recall being advised of any contractor obligations or signing any contract with Fabutan for tanning sessions over a specific period of time On August 31, 2014, I went to this location to ensure that my account was canceled Almost a year later, on May 5, 2015, Fabutan started removing $from my account This continued for the remainder of 2015, all through 2016, up until and including January of The total amount deducted from my account over that period of time $ I've been in contact with Ms [redacted] who told me to pursue this action when she didn't think she was liable for it As of recent I have sent her emails, phone calls and a letter in the mail to try to get this issue resolved and she refuses to respond
