DO NOT HIRE
NO CALL NO SHOW for my daughters 4th birthday party. Do not hire this company for entertainment! I was recommended by someone to hire her but now I’m seeing how many times she’s done this in the past. Hired for Ana and Elsa and no one showed up. After finally get in touch with Jenna she had no empathy for the situation nor did she try to call me and make things better. It was clear I was bothering her. She disclosed she has no desire to support this aspect of her business anymore I.e. if anything goes wrong not her problem. Too many kids hearts on the line to be running a business like this and have no desire to do it right.

Booked her a month in advance. She no showed and wouldn’t answer my calls or messages. I could see she had read my message and didn’t bother to even give a few days notice that she wasn’t coming so I could try and book elsewhere.

Waste of time and money
I just attended a party that this woman was an hour late to. had an attitude the entire time, took videos of the kids to post online without asking parents for consent. while parents were standing around watching (excited for their kids) she turned around to the parents and said “you must not be on tik tok because no one stands around and watches me they already know me” (not a single person young or old at that party knew her). just seems like the fame is getting to her head and the kids aren’t even having an enjoyable experience bc she’s just using them for the views

I'm sorry, but this client is flat out lying There were no issues with Santa, no food was eaten at all, and every CHILD was painted at the partyWhen face painting was offered for free it was for the children, not the teenagersAll of her screen shots aside, the point still stands that she was aware that Santa cost and if the kids were not interested he would be there for less than hoursI specifically made that clear in emails and she agreedShe received every service that is listed in her Party ConfirmationThat email is the only one that matters, it's the last one sent to her after all details are ironed out and the deposit is paidSanta read a book, sang Christmas Carols, took a picture and spent time with every single childThat is what is lined out in our confirmationSanta did go in the hallway while the kids were being face painted because every child was surrounding the painterHe came back as soon as the painting was finishedI have spoken to the Actor that plays Santa and he said that he went and spoke to the mother before he left to see if she wanted him to do anything else and she told him that he was all set and could goOur Santa did over appearances this Holiday season and this is the only complaint we have ever gottenThis woman is not due a refund, she got exactly what she paid for plus free face paintingWe didn't even charge her a travel fee and she was over an hour awayI truly feel she is trying to pull a scam to get money back from a service that she receivedEvery single child was happy and smiling with their Santa visit, which should be what she is focusing on, instead of trying to get money back from a small business when it is not owed to her

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely,The only person trying to scam here is obviously the provider of the entertainment Like we told her on the phone, they did an exceptional job the first time we used them While I do understand that Olaf supposedly doesn't talk (even though he talks through out the entire movie) that doesn't mean they couldn't bring music so that he could dance, the same way he did when we went and got music on our own so he could dance No one wanted a "babysitter" as to this day, my kids have never had a babysitter watch them because I am overly cautious Never did I say I was not paying, I did say I'm not paying the full amount because we were not provided with the service we were told would be providedAs you can see in my desired outcome, I have requested a refund or adjustment of price not a full refund It's comical how the owner has created an entirely new story when she was not even thereHer handler got off the phone with her and came to me stating, " I do not want payment today, Jenna will call you next week when she is back in town to discuss" No call for weeks and we suddenly see an unauthorized charge on our accountNever ONCE did she say she was charging our credit card or I would have froze my credit card account right thereAlso I NEVER authorized her to charge the remainder of the bakance to my credit cardI specifically told her I would pay the remainder in cash the day of the party as I have done with this company before and I have emails to prove that if neededIt scares me that a company like this would save someone's credit card info when I never implied I would pay the remainder using that same credit card She lies to the customer to make them think she will call them only so she can charge them behind the scenes I have over witnesses who saw this character show up and stand there like a bump on a log until we provided music As far as alcohol is concernedIt's a party, people have drinks but NO ONE forced the character to hold a can of beer in their hand, I don't even have cans of beer in my house I have been a [redacted] for years and I would NEVER put any children in harms way as The Owner Jenna is implying when she states that there was a lot of drinking going on at this party! How dare she!! Again nothing but lies and I'm sure her handler would agree except she probably threatens them with their job and forces them to lie as well [redacted]

This client hired me for a Santa Claus for hoursI told her that Santa had a flat fee for any event of for any amount of time he was there when it was that close to ChristmasI did tell her that I would throw in face painting for free since it was a birthday partyI specifically stated
that if the kids started to get bored with Santa that he would not stay for the full hours because it gets awkward and the "magic" gets lostShe agreed to thisSanta was there for hours and all of the kids were face paintedWhile there the face painter was treated very rudely and was told that "they had seen better work"After the party the mother called me to complain that Santa had not stayed for hours, I told her this might be the case if the kids were not interested the entire timeI told her that I would think about a partial refund and get back to herAfter hearing how badly the face painter was treated I decided that a refund was not warranted and we had fufilled everything that was promisedI'm attaching screen shots of our emails

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I'm sorry you feel this way but I only want what is owed back to me. Every little child was not even face painted that just is not true. You left 3 little ones with no painting that is how I knew you left. Because parents asked me where you went. I did tell Santa he could leave because he said he did everything. And you had told me he would leave when he was done. (But not at a flat rate or I would ha e keep him there. Sitting there like he was.) But then face painting would be done not at the same time as Santa. That would have made it 2hrs but you both was in a rush. I stated he was great many times with the kids and they was happy. But 3 littles one was left out and 5 teenagers was left out. I included them from the beginning you said that was fine and not until day of the party did you decide you would not do them. You keep saying the 325.00 was a flat rate but it states that no where at all. You can't decide afterwards that it going be a flat rate when I contact Revdex.com. You would have never offered me a refund if that was the case. But then you ignore me after. You could have sent email from the beginning stating you was not refunding.  I'm sorry I would have never went with you I had lots of cheaper Santas offers all from the same site as you. I will attach their quotes. I went with you because you seemed nice, trustful, understanding, and offered free face painting and free pictures for the kids. But just because something is free if you put in as part as contract does not mean you can take back if you not in the mood to do it. You stated you spoke to me after the party that is not true you never spoke to me. I have phone records to prove that. I called and called and got ignored right after the party. This is not an complaint I made up. I contacted you the same day not later. I sent an email the next day because I got no answer. Also to make sure I was not delusional I went and watched all videos and looked at pictures and listened to messages to make sure I was correct. I have pics and videos when your santa came in 3:05pm he was a little behind because he could not find the place which is fine. I have video and picture when he walked out at 3:59pm. This is all time stamped. Im not some person trying to get over on you but your not being honest. The job you guys did was great. But if you add up the time just talking about Santa he was only with children for 30mins and thats being nice. He came in 305pm then you came in between 315pm and 320 and then he took a break when you came in. Then came back about 345pm when you was gone did Happy Birthday and left. But take all that out there is no where even in final payment email that says this is a flat rate. I did not even have to pay you early I decided to do it. The payment email says payment for 3-5pm which is 2hrs. If I only recieved 1hr I'm due back a payment. If it would have said something like this is flat rate I would say oh well I guess I wasted my money. But it does not and you can not try to interpet it as such. Also our contract is all emails before payment which states what is included you can not take certain parts away and then say just the payment part is contract that is not how contracts work. If you do not wish to fix this please just let Revdex.com know and I will handle a different way. I have been nice. Took all the right steps. I contacted you immediately and made this compliant. I had others who was going charge me 250.00 for 2hrs doing the samething you said your Santa would minus face painting. But I went with you for reasons I stated. I do not need to get over on your business at all. But your business needs to be professional and do what they sat out to do. I can not be upset at your Santa because he was nice did great did not get the help he was supposed to and still kept a smile on his face. You [redacted] did not up hold your part. In the email and on phone I asked if hour was to long because I'll just buy an hour then and you said maybe but you would assist Santa. Santa would leave then you would face paint. It did not go as you said. Also if it was just about money I would not agreed to a partial refund or asked for just partial. I work hard too. I went this route first instead of court so it could be more civil.
Attached you will see a pic of your Santa leaving at 359pm. You will also see a quote from a company just like yours that does face painting and Santa for a cheaper price. I would have never went with a company that had a flat rate and could walk out like you did on us at any time. That  mean you can come in room for 1 minute and walk out. I'm not that dumb. 
If you want I can attach pics taking of all children and not all of them have face paintings. I can show phone records of me calling and you never calling. Calls of your Santa being late. Video and pics of him coming and going. More quotes from the same company I got you from. 
Not sure if you going keep this going. But I saved everything and no where does it state flat rate or anything as such thing. You will have to show me where it says that and you did not fulfill your contract. Sorry if you are small company coming up but I'm willing to take payments or whatever needs to happen but something must happen . Have a good day.Sincerely,[redacted]

I refuse to devote time to this customer at this point. This is another parent who is trying to scam a small company for free entertainment at their party. They ordered my Olaf character for one hour, I let them know that Olaf will participate in any activities that they have going on at the party...

including dancing and games. This is a big mascot character that does not talk, just as they use in the [redacted] parks. He physically can't do much. It is up to the parent to provide the activities at the party. If they wanted a more interactive character they had choices of those as well. When I spoke to the father the day of the party I made it very clear on the phone that they were responsible for the balance of the party and that their credit card was on file. It is common practice to keep the card on file until after the date of the party, most parents want the balance on the same card as the deposit. I was also told by my actors that there was much drinking done by the adults at this party and they even forced my character to pose with beer cans in his hands. It is clear to me that the parents wanted a babysitter for an hour and when they didn't get that they decided not to pay the remainder of the balance. The husband was very aware that I would be charging the card for the balance.
