Dear Ms. [redacted],We here at Face Itpermanent  make up understandyour frustration and anguish. We wish to resolvethis matter  in the proper  way. Also we are focused on meeting...

all your expectations for your permanent make up procedure  that you had done on 9/9/14. We are aimed to please.Through our thorugh consultation done prior to us movingforward with your signed consent form for your permanent  make up procedure.  You were clearly explained all the detailsof our procedure  protocol. Iwould like list all the obstacles that I
explained at your consolation prior to movingforward with procedure.1). You where tattooed in 2005 by a Ms. [redacted]2). The ink that was used by Ms. [redacted] was traditional tattoo ink.3). Desiring color correctionAccording our records and our consultation you clearly understerood that there may some complication due to have your eyebrow done prior comingto Face It PMC LLC.
(Please see page 3 in enclosed documents) If you read the highlighted paragraph where you checkedand signed, it clearly states all risks and complications  involving covering up tattoo  ink done from prior services performed byanother artist. As I also explained to you in our consultation, that you had been tattooed
with traditional tattoo ink and the residualcoloration was undesirable to you due to color change over the years. The color had changed to a grey-bluetone. You had wanted to change the color to a "brown" tone, so it would like more like make up (natural appearance) VS the old tattooed coloration. (grey-blue). It was also agreed upon that you
would allow me ([redacted]) to preform aminimum of 2 procedures to somewhat meet your expectations to see the color "brown' in your brows. (See page 3 under estimated sessions). When you came to see me for an
evaluation on the 25th of September. We both agreed that you did have some "brown" color to brows. But that you were not satisfied with the out come and requested a refund. I had explainedto you that it was only 3 weeks ago that you had your Permanent make up proceduredone and it was not fully healed as of yet. I advisedyou to wait a week or so more to see if any colorwould appear. (See page 4 on heightedareas). I then explained to you that youhad tattoo ink and it would take at least one more session to achieve desiredcolor.Maybe more sessions were needed becauseyour body rejectedthe pigment due to scar tissue from your first procedure  done in 2005. It is unforeseen.I do understand your dissatisfaction and I did offer you come in at least one more time to see if the color would saturate better knowing that 2 sessionsminimal was needed to achievesomewhat  of "brown"coloration. I want to make you happy and I really want you to have nice brown eyebrowcoloration. I am very sorry that you have chosen not comein for your second session. Pleasereconsider coming in for your follow  up session toremedy this. It will be at no cost to you. I do believe with my expertisein this field, being a leader in the permanent make up industry that if you where to come in to finish what we agreed upon that your brow color will be brown to some degree. I really wish I could promise you the perfectbrown color, but there is no granteeof how much color willbe retained in your skin. (See page one in highlighted area) at each procedure.I have made copies of all your signed
and agreed documents and submitted it along with both our letter to the Revdex.com and also to the office of Consumer Affairs.Due to the compliance that you had agreed upon.Once again,I would like to apologize for the inconvenience  and discomfort you had here withus at Face It PMC LLC. Please reconsider comingin again to finish your procedureso we can achievethe brown coloration that you wanted and trusted  in us to providetoyou.
