Face Lift Remodeling

We have already discussed this. I spent about days trying to track down the information on the windows. I think the sun had bleached them out. Without the purchase order, they cannot remake new sashes. The information was given to her when she bought the windows, with the
warranty information. She said she does not have it. This is the customer's responsibility, not mine. It is odd that she waited years to complain about this. Good flashing is made from sheet metal. As for the gas leaking from the windows: this happens over a period of time and she should have noticed a while ago. I told her I'm doing everything I can and she was very nice about it. I wish there was something I could do. I could have new sashes made and put them on the windows, but cannot do this without the number from the warranty packet. No contractor I know is going to go in there and replace these windows. It is her responsibility to keep this information
