Review: They were dishonest about the terms of the contract I signed. they purposefully omitted payment details and cancellation options

poor customer service. occasionally very poor and uncleanly waxing services that resulted in a painful infection on one occasion. when I signed the contract I naively thought that I was being given all the information about the financial commitment I was making but I was not. after the first year of billing you are put on a month to month contract. so I could have cancelled at any time. when I requested to cancel I was told twice that I could not do that at this time. so I thought I was in a legally binding year long contract with them, and it turns out I haven't been for the last two years.Desired Settlement: I got suckered into paying $800 over the last two years because I was told that I could not cancel my contract when I requested on two separate occasions to do so after the first year of contract was fulfilled. not once was I ever told that I was on a month to month contract even though I requested to end the contract TWICE. I want my money back for the waxing services that I have not used. I want the unused credits refunded.
