For the months July, August, September and October the [redacted] and [redacted] were charged $each for a membership on the 15th of each month on a [redacted] card ending in *** There are two chargeback Case’s # [redacted] & # [redacted] each for $ plus the $chargeback fee which totals $ Our chargeback department re-presented (reversed) one of the cases on 12/09/but not the other, based on the information provided by the merchant Our chargeback department will re-present the remaining case today on January 9, plus process a refund in the amount of $for both chargeback fees Please note the consumer does have days from the re-presentment date to dispute the charege-backs being reversed We appologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience this has caused the merchant [redacted] and his [redacted] *** Tell us why here

plus the $25 chargeback fee which totals $220.  Our chargeback department re-presented (reversed) one of the cases on 12/09/16 but not the other, based on the information provided by the merchant.    Our chargeback department will re-present the remaining case today on January 9, 2017 plus process a refund in the amount of $50 for both chargeback fees.  Please note the consumer does have 60 days from the re-presentment date to dispute the charege-backs being reversed.  We appologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience this has caused the merchant [redacted] and his [redacted].   Tell us why here...
