PAYMENT MADE BUT CONTRACTOR IS NOT PERFORMING WORK AS PROMISED.NEED NEW CONTRACT ON DURATION OF WORK
I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE COMANY IN QUESTION TO FINISH MY BASEMENTTHE CONTRCTOR PROMISED TO DO THE WORK IN TWO WEEKS, IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS NOWUNFORTUNATELY THE DURATION OF THE WORK WAS NOT ON THE CONTRACTI ALREADY PAID $7,FROM $10,WHICH IS THE COST OF THE PROJECTTHE CONTRCTOR SENT DIFFRERNT CREWS TO WORK ON THE PROJETIEXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I WANT HIM TO GIVE ME A DATE WHEN HE WILL FINISH THE PROJET AND THAT I WANT A NEW CONTRACT WITH THE FINISH DATEHE DOES NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE, IT HAS BEEN WEEKS WHERE NO ONE SHOWS UPI WANT THE WORK TO BE FINISHEDWE STARTED THE PROJET IN MARCH 12,WHEN I GAVE HIM A CHECK OF $5,and $2,on April 1,I TOLD HIM I DO NOT LIKE ALL THESE PEOPLE COMING INTO MY HOUSE, SOME OF THEM HE RECRUTED FROM CRAIG LIST
Horrible company! Terry is a wonderful salesman, but does not follow through on all of his promisesThey did a very poor job all the way aroundA kitchen remodel that was suppose to take months took months and I had to hire someone else to finish the work because he did not in a timely or satisfactory mannerHe ordered the wrong size cabinets, the wrong color cabinets, the wrong door and it goes on and onDelay, delay delay and he never takes responsibility for any of itWe saw him when we wrote him checks and that was about itWe have a legal judgement against them which has not been paidTerry was unresponsive to emails or phone calls and is not a person to use
Workmanship warranty issue
I had my bathroom remodeled by this company last summer They did a beautiful job However months later a plumbing issue has appeared
I spoke to *** *** about this (Dec/2015) and he was going to take care of itI received a phone cal*** a repairman to fix it and he was going to call back and set up a time However to date JanI have not heard back from anyoneI have placed a number of phone messages and have sent E mails and textsNothing has happenedAll I want is to execute the one year workmanship warranty
