I had an appointment for laser tattoo removal on March 21 of 2019. *** conducted 1 treatment on my left foot for tattoo removal. I was happy with how the session went and decided to purchase a package of tattoo and hair removal sessions for $800. $800 was charged to my credit card on March 21, 2019.
Since that time, I have called the office numerous occasions, left messages, I have emailed, and I have even left a message for their ENT (Ear Nose & Throat) business with the office manager in order to attempt to schedule appointments. Not one time has anyone answered the phone on the Facial Plastic Surgery side of the business. An office assistant answered for ***'s ENT business, and said she would leave a message for Diane - who supposedly handles the Facial Plastic Surgery Office appointments.I have since called three additional times. It has been 8 months, and I am unable to schedule appointments or even speak with anyone from this business and would like them to refund the total amount of my package.

December 6, 2019To Whom it may Concern:This letter is in regards to a complaint filed against our office, complaint# ***.The complainant was contacted on the occasions that she left messages with our office to schedule appointments. We received two messages, one in the month of August and one in the month of November. She was called back on both of those occasions to set up appointments but we did not hear back from her. We have spoken with her on December 5, 2019 and have set up an appointment on a date that works for her. I confirmed we had the correct contact number for her. I also gave her my own personal number she can call at any time with any questions or concerns. We will also be confirming we are not having any issues with our answering system.
