Review: On Oct XX XXXX, I paid [redacted] of Facilitator Services $750. to work with Bank of America to "reduce and settle the credit card debt of client (Me) to avoid bankruptcy." Said I would hear something within 30 days and be settled by the end of year (XXXX). After not hearing from him in in 6 weeks I started calling and leaving messages. By Dec the mail box was full and still is. In February I sent a Certified letter to his address and received it back. It now July 2013 I can not contact him.
