I contacted FSG to address an electrical malfunction inside an apartment that I rent. After I explained the problem, I was advised to make an appointment. When my tenant contacted FSG they told him that the “account manager” [redacted] happened to be in the neighborhood and he came to investigate. Instead of making an investigation, [redacted] just assessed that there was a problem based on the sound that the tenant recorded on his iPhone! I contacted [redacted] and told him that I expected an estimation but he told me that there will be no estimation without my paying for an hour of labor. We disagreed on that and I asked to escalate the problem with his manager. And that was the end of it. I left a message with the manager [redacted] and I subsequently called the company five times. They never returned my call. Our HOA confines the electrical repair to a very limited number of companies and from the list, FSG had the highest accreditation on Revdex.com. Maybe for work in the past. FSG attitude does not dignify a “C” ratings let along an” A+”. Be aware!
