Review: ON FEBRUARY **, 2013 [redacted] AN AGENT ACTING ON THE BEHALF OF FACT FINDER HOME INSPECTIONS FAILED TO DETECT VISIBLE BASEMENT PLUMBING ISSUES DURING A PRE-PURCHASE HOME INSPECTION.Desired Settlement: REQUEST FOR A FULL REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $325.00 DUE TO BREACH OF CONTRACT.

To whom it may concern;
Sorry for delay in response to your letter dated October *,2013. On several occasions I requested copy of violation given to [redacted] to this date I never received response to my request. Inspection on property was visual and could not see that spout was prior to water meter. Final meter reading should have taken place prior to closing and violation should have been given to prior owner. I order to stop wasting time with [redacted] with phone calls and letters I have issued [redacted] a full refund. Please note refund does not imply that I did anything wrong with visual inspection I conducted. Hope this closes your file.
