This is a respond in regards to a letter we received on March 10,*** and his brother called me late fabruary looking for sewing machines and I responded that I do sell sewingmachine, but i
asked them to bring their work in and try a same machine that I already have setup in my store and see if this is a machine they are looking forI also told once you purchase and open the box I don't take it back I stressed that to them and gave the option to try the machine with their if it is suitable take if not noI let them know our operation time and told them to bring in their work and see if the machine works for them but they came in late after our working our, even so I waited for them to show up just because they called me and said they will be late, *** came with his brother and brought their leather work and sewed on my industrial computrized machine and even tried folding the leather four times and tried he was satisfied and happy and he is going to purchase the machineI had to stay for extra hrs for them to try on the machineNext day at the same time he and his brother came and picked machine just to serve them well even I gave the professional person phone number so they can set up the machinedays after *** called and said their is not complete set up they have to wait on *** to show them how it works they cannot do the work I said no problem while you are waiting on him bring your work at my shop so you don't lose the contract and finish on timeI was not at the shop he came with his tailor start working on my machine he tailor was unqualified he broked my machine so I had to cme back to store again I said no problem I will call one of my tailor to fix the machine so *** came and fixed the machine I paid him almost *** to fix
Again I told them no problem we can do your work so don't lose your contract give me a percentage I just wanted to help himBut he said no and he took the work

*** started calling me and hrassing me using inappropriate words sending me text massage swearing at me

As with most events, there are three sides to every storyMine, hers and a judges
Here is where she uses alternative facts also known as lies:
1-She NEVER once said "open the box and machine is nonreturnable"There is no paper work other than a receipt that states the priceNo sales terms on returns
2-We did attempt to use her machine as a test run on leather folded times and the needle brokeShe said not to worry
3-She stated clearly there was a year warrantyThe machine broke within minutes of the installer who she recommended us to use for installationminutes had the engine seize..a record
4-*** the installer said "In all my years I have never installed a machine and have it seize like this"-That was when we realized the drive shaft was completely seized after minutes of operationA hour installation turned into a hours of repair workInstead of paying *** $** for hours, we paid $***We told her about the issues and thats when she started spouting about "open box, no take back"
4-We brought our highly experienced seamstress to work with her more powerful machine to help finish a big contract and it to broke downThe bobbin beneath got tangled and had to have the thread pulled out by her tailorShe is absolutely lying about paying a guy $*** to repair her machine as it was fixed while we were in the shopUnless they pay $*** for minutes like a lawyer does, she is falsely making accusationsThe purpose of this lie is to appear as a victim, instead of usMeanwhile they sell a machine like its stolen using shady business tactics and not standing behind their machines
5-I would never hand them our product to work on as there tailor was having issues with making the leather line up on the cuffsHe was going so slow it would have taken weeks as the machine could not work at speeds our seamstress can sew atThey were very slow, we are use to working at speeds much higher in commercial contracts
6-I did call and have heated discussions while she laughed over the phone at my anguishI had her on speaker phone so my brothers could hear what she was saying and they could hear her laughingIt was really difficult to not lose temper as she offered no help, has no business ethics in standing behind a defective machine and clearly has no problem lying about facts of this situation
7-I have texts where I offered to trade this machine in if they could order a more powerful machine and there has been no offer to honor this request, no responseI have text proving requests for a fix to a faulty machine, no responseI have requested contact info for *** with no responseThey have literally sold a machine under pretenses and offer no service and have bailed on any responsibility or ownershipIts like they were selling stolen merchandise
8-Total disgrace in the sales, service and customer careThese are the type of people not worthy of owning and running a business

As I explained before I offered *** to exchange with the same machine or if they know what they want find out the model # so I can order for themEven I did not ask money for the machine that they broke it as soon as they started working unskilled people they don't know what they are doingI am sorry to say that *** and his brother don't have the right attitude to start a new business
They should had complete resercheaing on the business they opend what equipments they need to start I gave them the option to try their work before purchasing the and they did the trial and purchasedI also offered them exchange but they did not want that kept herassing us they are going to court feel free I did best customer service and gave them all the options they need still say I can exchange same or whatever machine they want no refund as I stressed to *** before and his brother I believe they broke the machine themselves to be able to get the money from usThey also broke my in store machine I would want to ask for money from *** for that machine because they broke it and didn't care about itThe cost of the machine is $*** plus tax they have to pay
There is no written warenty however as I said and
I still say if they need any small parts on the machine is broken tell me I can order with no problem but no refunds only exchangeIt is open and they gave to the mechanic to set up we don't take it back I am small business can't do it only exchange
They have to be responsible for their own mistakes
