Had Factory Appliance Service Team come out and repair My AC unit Within days the same issue arose ! This was the second time they had come to repair it! So when it started doing the same thing again for the 3rd time I called someone else Called Fast Air and spoke to [redacted] and she offered no solution or help what so ever! ! Politely expressed my displeasure and vowed never to call them again! Or refer any one to themNext thing I know while on the phone with [redacted] (the Owner) I was abruptly hung up on When the so called service tech was here the second time,all he could keep repeating was he needed to go he had another call !!! Offer no real detailed report of what he had doneService ticket offered no info! And was hard to read (penmanship was poor )
