I am rejecting this response because:  I have attached files showing the return labels.  UPS shows the label was created but has no information beyond that.  UPS has initiated an investigation and have requested Factory Authorized Outlet initiate an investigation as well.  The package weighed 71 lbs so it's a big box.

Our records show that we sent a pre-paid label for the item to be returned. We also show that there was a full refund of $259.99 processed today 5/31/17 at 1:05pm. We have done everything in our power to assist the customer. (RMA # 21324)

Hello,Please note that for this customer transaction, we had originally agreed to refund customer back for half of shipping because Fed Ex confirmed delay was a result of road closures because of Hurricane Matthew. Fed Ex states clearly in their policy that any delays caused by shipping can not be...

guaranteed by Fed Ex as these are uncontrollable forces. This was the case for this shipment, but Maxtool agreed to refund back half in good faith. Customer was unhappy, but after working with him, we agreed to refund back entire shipping amount and refund back the $138 that was missing. This was already refunded as well on 10/31/16 and customer should have resolution. Please advise if there is any other issues with this transaction as I see we have refunded back the amount requested. Thank you,[redacted]Max Tool Customer Service Manager[redacted]@maxtool.com

Company took over...

a week to email the rma, in the meantime their cs rep informed me that I would be liable for the cost of the faulty device if I did not return it promptly, so I did at my expense.  I expect them to reimburse me the shipping costs as well as the electricians fee I incurred to discovered their device was dangerously miswired.
