Tetra Appraisals did an appraisal on a property that I was trying to sell in PearlandThey came out and measured the square feet and came up with SF less that on the tax rolesI measured the home myself and there are other homes in the neighbor hood with the same floor plan and listed on the tax roles with the same SFThey came out and remeasured and added only 9sf to the AppraisalAll homes are based on SF price when buying and sellingThey would not adjust the amount based in the increase of SFI am not happy with the fact that they made mistake on the SF measurement and it cost me $
