Factory Home Center

Working with the professionals at Factory Home Center has been a fantastic opportunity for me. Having a background as a Realtor, Title Co Admin and Assistant to a lender, learning what it really takes to bring customers, contractors, and vendors together to create a great final product that everyone can be proud of has been an eye-opener! Telisha, as office manager and as licensed salesperson, is extremely knowledgeable and a great liaison between the customer, factories, county offices, vendors and contractors in the process from A to Z. You can feel confident working with her and our new salesperson, Nicole. I am proud to be associated with Factory Home Center.

Factory Home Center has been working with Schult Homes and/or vendors to rectify their concerns. A manufactured home is made up  of many different components and uses many vendors for product.  The home buyer  bought a home from Factory Home Center which is a retailer of Schult Homes.  We are here to assist the Homeowner with the home building process and all concerns that the homebuyer has mentioned are either taken care of or in the process of being taken care of through the manufacturer with Factory Home Center facilitating. We are here for our home buyer and we are working directly with Schult to insure their concerns are taken care of.  Please see the signed addendum and as well as latest correspondence with the manufacturer. In response to the complaint from [redacted], complaint ID#[redacted], Factory Home Center sent in the PDR(Post Delivery Report) to Schult Homes in May.  Factory Home Center pays Schult Homes for this service on our invoice.  Schult then assigns one of there technicians to make the...

repairs that was submitted to them.  They schedule that directly with the customer and we are not directly involved in that.  Whenever the [redacted] called in with any service issues they were immediately submitted to Schult. We have been in touch with Schult this week to find out what is going on and they had a technician meet with the [redacted]' last week and they have been out there everyday this week to complete the PDR and take care of their warranty issues.   Sincerely:Factory Home Center

I am rejecting this response because:
People from Schultz came out. The bath tub and tub surround was replaced 2 days later the caulking around the tub surround separates from the wall and yet again water gets be hind in between wall and tub surround they replace the back splash with tiles which looks poorly installed some off lower then others. In repairing things they have caused additional damage to other bathroom. And additional issues have came to my attention there seems to be a wiring issue with the front outside light either a short or something as neither my daughter or my self could get the switch to turn on the lights to home to the light being on when we came back later in the day. It was a colder morning that day and did ended up warming up later in the day but I wouldn't think that would effect weather or not the light goes on when I flip the switch
