to the poor service trying to get reimbursed? From 11/15/16 to 1/26/17 I spoke with Bruce [redacted] and got nothing but excuses as to why they have not come up with a reason to not pay for the repair or as to why this should not be the fault of FMP. I did not get one solid answer for both. Just excuses as to why nothing was done. Then when I start asking for business info on 1/26/17, Bruce wants to send me to his Supervisor Troy [redacted]. I believe I should have been directed there from my first call in November. I talk to Troy, he asked me to fax my repair bill. I did so on 1/27/17. Troy called me and said he received it and would keep in touch and has not done that. I would like to know why I was treated with poor business practices. All I wanted was FMP to convince me as to why this is not there fault. FMP did not even attempt this.
