Factory Of Terror Worcester

This is one of the numerous times of trying to get a hold of the company..Here is the information I had sent. I still have the text from Factory of terror promising funds back. Will not return any phone calls back.On October [redacted] 2014 we had went to the attraction in Worcester. When we went to get our car..Our car was towed by [redacted] We were told by [redacted] that we would be refunded both for the tickets for the disruption and for our payment to the tow company. We were one of 12 cars that had been towed that night..[redacted] had us exchange #'s to let us know. Unfourtanely we had to pay the [redacted] fee. [redacted] then texted me that night and said in his text"[redacted] from Factory of Terror. We will work on a solution on Monday, but all monies paid to the tow truck company will be reimbursed." .(XXX-XXX-XXXX)On Sunday he sent this text. Hi [redacted] I was with Police all morning. Basically, [redacted] illegally entered the private lot and towed. Mr. [redacted] who owns the property was also present and stated they do not have or do ANY business with [redacted] The officer and Sergeant are at or on their way to [redacted]. They have opened an investigation on larceny charges for vehicle theft. They said it would be 2-3 days and they may be contacting all vehicle owners. As I get more information I will pass it on.(XXX-XXX-XXXX)When we went to [redacted] to get our tow money back they said it was Factory of terrors fault for not having permission. However; that night we were told otherwise by numerous Factory of Terror employees. After trying to retrieve our money back on Monday with no luck from [redacted] We did go to the WPD to find out what was going on. Because we thought from [redacted] text that was the case. It wasn't from what we were told. We have tried to call numerous times to find closure and he will not call or text us back. Not only did this happen to us, but quite a few people.
