Review: I ordered a trolling motor 3 days ago. upon ordering the amount was immediately deducted from my account. I was also told by the sales person on the phone that they could give me a $70.00 discount if I ordered over the phone and not on the computer. I ordered over the phone and the full amount was charged to my bank account. Delivery was 3 to 5 days. I was told the motor was in stock and would ship today. 4 days later I receive a call that the item was on back order and would not be available for 7 days. I agreed to wait for the item. Later that same day someone called and said the item was no longer available and for an additional $100.00 they could send me a newer model. I thought I was purchasing the new model with the original order I do not know how they could have a newer model now available. I believe this company has been deceptive fro the beginning. Every time you call I would receive a different answer to the same question.

First person was going to discount the item immediately. when the full amount was charged I called and was told to call an 800 number and they would issue the refund. When I called that number they had no idea what I was talking about. When I called back I was told by a third person that I had to go on line and download some paper work and they would refund the $70.00 in question. I ask to speak to a [redacted] and was told someone would call me within 24 hours. It has been over 48 hours and I still have not received a call.Desired Settlement: I need to have the double charge credited back to my bank account. When I called they said only one charge had been put thru and one credit. But the credit was put thru as another debit. So I now have been charged twice for the item.
