Factory Plaza and representative Anna [redacted] went out of their way to ensure on-time delivery of my new granite countertops, even though we were late in procuring the sink they needed for measuring the cutout. I was very impressed with their customer service, wide selection of granite slabs, and with their professionalism.

Factory Plaza did an outstanding job on our granite counter tops. Very professional and took the time to show us how to get the best installation. House was not perfect, the installers were.

My experience began with Mario taking my order just 3 short weeks ago. Being a contractor, I found him to be very thorough in getting all the information he needed to begin the order. Just a few days later, a wonderful young man came to my home, took very detailed measurements, answered all my questions and got the information he needed to put together very detailed field measurements. Later the next day, I visited Factory Plaza again, meeting with Mario to review the order, the field drawings, give him my sink template and go out on the floor to pick my slab and map out with tape on the slab the pieces that would be used in my home. This morning, the granite was installed. Again, the installers began the process reviewing all pertinent information, and got to work. A few hours later, I had a new and beautiful transformed kitchen. I have dealt with hundreds and hundreds of subcontractors over the years and I cannot begin to tell you satisfied I am with Mario's professionalism,

We remodeled our kitchen and wanted to install granite countertops. I did extensive research to try and find a company that had a large selection and great prices. We are remodeling the kitchen to sell so I had a tight budget. Factory plaza beat everyone's price - which also included a sink of your choice and installation. I was a little skeptical at first but decided to drive to their store/warehouse. They had huge selections of slabs of stone. Beautiful. When you enter they give you a price sheet so as you walk their warehouse to select your stone, it was easy to decide. They also had remnants for a very reasonable price. I was sold. Anna was our representative and she was awesome. Very personable and helpful. They did a great job installing as well. I'd use them again for sure if I remodel another house.

Factory Plaza recently installed a new granite countertop and sink in my home. It looks beautiful. I am 100% satisfied with the product, service, installation and price. The installers drove about 100 miles in a blizzard to get to my house. Plus I saved about 50% compared to Milwaukee area quotes I received. My lady friend loves it too, so I guess I scored a few extra points with her.

Facts: The customer John [redacted] visited Factory Plaza to buy granite countertops on November 22th, 2016. The total for his invoice was $1230. Factory Plaza collected 50%  - $615 in the form of a check. The project manager set up a date for a measurement in the customer's house for...

November 28th. We tried to contract the customer the day before to confirm his appointment using the phone number provided by the customer: [redacted] (see the attached invoice). The phone number our receptionist dialed belonged to someone else, so without email and other other phone numbers we were unable to contact the customer and confirm that he, in fact, is home. The customer called the next day, so we finally got his correct phone number and we scheduled his measurement again. This time, when our technician came to John [redacted] house he was told that the customer would not clear the countertops in order to do the measurements. Our technicians follow specific rules (which are used to avoid any mistakes in the measurement), and those rules specifically say that the countertops must be completely cleared before the measurement can be done. Our measuring technicians work for Factory Plaza as sub -contractors and are not able to give customers any refunds. Mr John [redacted] came to Factory Plaza demanding the refund of his money. He stated that : "I was greeted like they never saw me before" because in fact the project manager of Mr [redacted] was off that day and other project managers really did see him for the first time. Nevertheless, Mr [redacted] was greeted properly and taken care of as any other customer. The owner of Factory Plaza does not issue refund checks. This is done by the accounting department ( all personal from that department was gone for the day)The refund check was issued to the customer and mailed the very next business day.

This was my first time using Factory Plaza and I have no regrets. I drove over and checked out the showroom and took home several samples, I settled on Cold Spring granite for my new kitchen. I gave them a 50% deposit and two weeks later my new counter-tops were installed. Shazam!

I have purchased granite tops for bathroom vanities at the Factory Plaza, and have been very happy with the quality of the tops. The sales people have been very helpful and their prices are competitive. This is the third time I have made a purchase there and would recommend this business as a good place to shop for granite.

Had Factory Plaza install two different color tops in are kitchen and well it was the best event we had with a company. From making the order to install you felt like you were part of the family as they all were very helpful. Also they were cheaper then anyone we looked at. And all were on the same makers tops. The install was so easy, they came an measured then they came one installed with no fuss fit like a glove. Will for sure use them again if I need tops again

We shopped around a lot before picking Factory Plaza. We walked into the Factory Plaza, picked the slab, made an appointment for the measurement. Right after one week the technician showed up and took the measurement. I was working with Mario on this project. Mario was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed for the project. Initial install was a month and half after the measurement. But as per my request Mario accommodated early date for the installation. The installation went very well. The technicians were very good and did the job perfect. Everything went well from start to finish. I would definitely recommend using the Factory Plaza services.

After Factory Plaza replaced granite in a relative's house, we saw the professional installation, great pricing, and and beautiful end result. There was little doubt that we would choose Factory Plaza for a similar project in our own home. It was helpful to see the granite in raw form prior to being cut. We are now starting our third project with Factory Plaza and expect the same wonderful results. We will continue to recommend Factory Plaza to our friends and family! We bought a Pre-made Typhoon bordeaux (countertop), we paid for the labor cut and faucet hole, also a stainless steel sink 70-30L. When we pick up our products, the company only gave us the counter top with another pieces that we bought. The sink was not cut yet and the employees leaf for the day so we have to come back another day. After 2 days we came back to pick it up and we took it with us. Our surprise was when we tried to install it and one section of the sink was smaller, so I came back to let them know that I have the wrong sink. The assistant manager spoke with someone and she brought one that looks like the size that we need, but the company wants me to pay an additional $50.00 for it, which I think is not fair because they were the ones that make the mistake.

Anna *. at Factory plaza was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with the selection of our slab for our new kitchen counter tops. [redacted] came to our home to do the exact final measurements. He was on time and organized. Installation was done by Matthew and Greg who both worked well together making our kitchen look so nice. We live in Wisconsin so [redacted] and the installers had quite a trip. We are so pleased with Factory Plaza's service, selection and price. Thank you all.

We are returning customers at Factory Plaza because the company
is terrific! What most impressed us was their customer service and
selection of granite! We had gone to several other granite businesses and
were not impressed with their selections nor their customer service.
Factory Plaza has a no nonsense approach. What you need is what is
important to them. They have a beautiful selection of granite that can be
seen before you purchase it. The representative with whom I worked was
courteous, knowledgeable, and quick at answering any question in
person, by phone or email. Anna explained how the granite slab would
look after the fabrication was completed so that I understood well the
material. With our last purchase, the workers who came to measure and
install our counters were responsible and respectful of our home. It
mattered if a wall or cabinet became damaged! We are on job number two
with Factory Plaza for these reasons and predict the same outcome for
our current project.

I'm not one to write many reviews but I just had to let others know what a great place Factory Plaza is. When we bought our new home a few years ago and were looking for kitchen counters we came across Factory Plaza after looking at about a dozen other places. Their selection of granite and other stones is incredible. We get so many compliments on our kitchen. Factory Plaza was also the most reasonable and ultimately did a fabulous job, so much so that we recently went back for some more counters in other rooms of our home. Their employees are very professional and timely. I've always meant to write this review but now that we've just gone back I just had to. I always recommend this place to all my friends so why not share.

We got our kitchen counter tops and our master bathroom counter top, both Quartz. Both rooms turned out beautiful. The sales woman, Anna, was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. The crew that installed the counters were on time and did a fabulous job. The product is exactly the same as the large home improvement stores and a fraction of the price.
