Outstanding customer service!
My husband and I bought our mfg home from the Mesa office in AZ. Our sales person John Mcginley has gone above and beyond throughout this process. I am not proud to admit this but, I can be difficult especially with my age and my many moments of indecision. Our Johnny never failed to be kind, understanding and willing to explain things over till we fully
understood. I want to give credit where it is so deserved. Companies who have caring employees such as Mr John Mcginley and the caring staff at Homes Select will always get my business and referrals. We came out of this transaction with a very nice home that is just right for our retirement and a friend that always had our back. Thanks again Johnny

We were originally told several things that were factually inaccurate by the sales person we originally started working with: we could get our septic system financed, which he told us was incredibly standard (the manager later told us it is almost impossible to finance a septic), also that we would have a home by NovemberEither of these things by themselves is enough for me to be unwilling to work with them, and one is a breach of our original contract, and the other was a fraudulent sales practiceThe thought of lowering my credit by applying for a loan to work with a disreputable company for the hope of a refund is ridiculousWe are not able to move forward because our sales person told us that there are only two companies we can work with, neither were able to give us a full quote for the necessary work, so it is also not feasible to apply for a loan as no one has been capable of telling us how much money it would costWe need our deposit back since none of the things promised to us verbally or in writing have been accomplished on the part of factory select homes

We have been informed by Brian, with Cavco Homes Service Department, that he was reaching out to MsMartin this week to confirm the scheduled time. If the carpet was not going to be installed, why on Addendum "A" was it put install carpet in both bathroomsI paid extra to have crescent edge countersAll countertops have been wreckedI paid extra to have a pantry in the kitchen and overhead cabinets above washer and dryerThey have marks on themIf they are new, you can't tell itWhen your so called expert put the tile in the kitchen, they did not use enough to cover the floorThey put large staples to hold tile downMy contractor had to figure a way to cover them upLuckily he is a lot smarter than your workersHe was able to cover all but one stapleThis one was out way to far, so I will always see itBoth toilet seats have chips in theThe factory sent a small metal strip to cover between the two sectionsIt wasn't even close to the right widthMy contractor had to buy right widthEvery window and inside doors had cracks above and below themI was told this might happen by the movers if they were too ruff when they moved itWell I didn't hire them it was your company that didThe vent above the bedroom door wasn't even screwed inIt was just hanging thereThe front door striker wasn't even put onIt was laying on the inside window ledgeThe back door striker was put on but they cracked the wood and my contractor had to fix it so it would work properlyThere was a hold on the left side of wall by door to washer and dryerAll they did was put some paint on itMy contractor had to fill the holeThey shorted me one flexible furnace duct, which I had to pay forWhen I received my mobile home and saw everything that was wrong, I called John HuntHe wouldn't even talk to meSince all paperwork was signed and you got your money that was the end of anybody wanting to talk to meI send emails to Justyn to tell her everything that was wrongFirst she says she will make out a work orderThen next thing she sends me an email tell me the service department won't take responsibility that me contractor it suppose to take care of everythingYour year warranty doesn't mean a damn thingWe have put a lot of extra money into this homeWe gave you a lot of money for this home that was supposedly new which as far as I can tell it's usedI don't see how this company can stay in business if you treat everybody this wayJustyn made mistakes that we also had to pay more money out then planned on, but you already got our deposit and we had to do it
