Every single issue created within this order was a result of customer errorNot only did the customer order the wrong quantity of the desired item (ordered instead of 1), but the customer also then provided us with incorrect credit card information to process his refundWe processed his refund on 9/ [redacted] under the impression it had been received by the customer yet he gave us an incorrect card numberWe have finally gotten his correct number and credited him the correct amount of moneyWith the volume of sales we are experiencing it is not feasible for us to track down every single customer when they continue to make error after errorThank You

We processed his refund...

on 9/** under the impression it had been received by the customer yet he gave us an incorrect card number. We have finally gotten his correct number and credited him the correct amount of money. With the volume of sales we are experiencing it is not feasible for us to track down every single customer when they continue to make error after error. Thank You

Review: Placed online order in early July 2014. Credit card has been charged shortly after order placed but merchandise has yet to be received. Business never answers their phone...can leave a message that they never respond to. Email from them on August [redacted] indicated products were in stock and would ship and I would be provided a shipping tracking email. 8 days later still nothing. Nextstep is to contact local police department to file fraud/theft charges.Desired Settlement: Ship the merchandise or provide refund. I just want what I ordered or I'll shop elsewhere.

Review: 11/**/2014-I spoke with "[redacted]" on phone and he took my order because info on website was incorrect ( wrong part number ). To date ( 12-**-2014 ), I haven't received any emails about the order and the money has been deducted from my bank account. There was another order I placed on line with Factory Mopar and, because of the incorrect information on the website ( which I brought to [redacted]s' attention ) , led me to place the phone order . The money for that order, $ 23.30, has not been credited to my bank account. The cost of the second ( phone order as per [redacted] ) order - $78.98 - has already been deducted from my bank account on 11/**/14 . I called Factory Mopar on 12/**/2014 and on 12/**/2014 and again on 12/**/2014 and left a message on voice mail each time with my name and phone number and as of right now - 12/**/2014 @ 3:21 P.M. - I have not received a return phone call or an email pertaining to the last order. I found it interesting, that the three times I called, [redacted] didn't answer - instead I got voice mail !Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of the amounts of both orders ( $23.30 & $78.98 = $102.28 ) credited A.S.A.P. to my bank account .

Review: I ordered two different items from this company 5 of one item that were just over three dollars each and another item for just over $97 dollars. I was charged a little over 14 dollars in shipping. I received the small items but never received the item for 97 dollars. The two items go hand in hand and the one item does me no good without the other. I tried calling and I just get a machine. I get no returns. I try messaging and get no returns on my messages. I just want my 108 dollars of the 128 I paid to them. I am hoping the small item they sent me is the correct item and I did not get scammed on it also. I guess I will find out when I get the correct part from somewhere else and try to install them.Desired Settlement: I would like 108 dollars of my 128 plus I paid. That is a full refund of the part I did not receiver and a partial refund of the shipping cost at a greater amount. The item I did not receiver was the larger of the two items.

Review: I placed an order with this company where I provided them with the year,make,model & chassis number of the vehicle the parts were for. Upon delivery of the part it was for the wrong application, after an email & a phone call to them informing them as such, I was instructed to return the part to them for a complete refund of my money to my credit card. On notification that they had received the returned part I waited one week to inquire about the status of my refund and was told it would be credited to my charge card the following business day, which was fine with me. It has now been three (3) weeks and I am still waiting for the credit to appear on my statement. I have tried calling them numerous times & they will not answer my calls or return any messages I have left on their voice mail. Any assistance you can provide me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance in advance, [redacted]Desired Settlement: All I would like is for a refund of my money to my credit card. Also for them to be made to be not so inconsiderate to any future customers in their handling of an error on their part. Thank you.

Review: I oederd a part from them for 81.02 and when I got the invoice it was dubble. I emailed them and they said they would take care of it . 2 weeks latyter still no responce or repayment so I emailed them agen and they said they need my payment info,so I sent it to them a week ago and nothing. I have sence called them and got no answer. it has been over 3 weeks for them to refund me or at least respond to me.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back

Review: I bought a product from them that I need to return. I call 4 times all different days and sent 3 emails different days no one answered or got back to me.Desired Settlement: A call to get info on how to return the product and get my money back.

Review: The auto part that I ordered from Factorymopar.com was received in a damaged condition when it was delivered to my home, on 02/**/2105. I am assuming the damaged occurred in transit, since the part was place in a box without any protective packaging.

I contacted Factory Mopar.com sales team on 02/**/2015 by phone and informed them that the part was damaged, they advised me that I would be receiving a RMA # email to return the damaged part for replacement. I also emailed the sales team with pictures of the damaged part and the lack of protective packing in the shipping. box on the same day. On 02/**/15 I contacted the Factory Mopar.com sales team a second time in asked when I would receive my RMA # to return the damaged shipment. I was told that the email was send on the 02/**/2015, but they would send this email to original email address and to a second email address that I provided them. To date no RMA # has been provided to return the damaged part.

Since this time I have left several voice mails and sent several emails regarding this matter and they have all have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: Since FactoryMOpar.com return policy on their website states that they will not accept any returns without a RMA #, I can't return the damaged part for replacement. Therefore my only options appears to be to get a refund and purchase this item elsewhere.

Review: After ordering a part from this website we received the part about a week later. It was the wrong part, in fact it was simply a piece of hose you could buy for $1 if you wanted. After numerous left messages and unanswered emails I am outraged at this company and want no one else to have to go through this and be ripped off. This website is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to ship the product back and get a full refund.
